Governance

Country Club Estates is governed by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), as well as Bylaws that guide decision-making processes and operations.

Here are key aspects of CCEHA governance:

Declaration of CC&Rs: This document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and restrictions for homeowners within the community.

Bylaws: These establish the internal rules for the HOA, covering matters like meetings, elections, and the roles and powers of the board of directors.

Board of Directors:

– Our seven member board is elected by homeowners and is responsible all HOA business decisions on behalf of the community.

– Board members serve two year terms (staggered) and are bound by the governing documents.

– The board oversees financial matters as well as community CC&Rs and Bylaws.

Community Meetings:

– Regular board meetings are held to discuss important matters and allow homeowners to voice concerns.

– Annual meetings of the Membership are held each year, on the 4th Saturday of January.

Financial Management:

– The HOA is responsible for managing its finances, including collecting dues or assessments from homeowners.

– Budgets are created to cover operating expenses, reserve funds, and any planned capital improvements.

Communication:

– CCEHA uses newsletters, our website, and community email to keep residents informed about association matters.
